The first and foremost thing that we should understand is the quality of education to achieve the goal of education. It has been seen that the quality of education varies tremendously.

As we know, learning comes naturally to humans, but teachers’ efforts to catalyze the process of learning contribute significantly to educational attainment. However, the question of the extent to which the students have learned and which instructional techniques work better is not simple.

The answer is not straightforward: how much have students studied, and which teaching techniques work best? However, these questions are essential for the answer, and responses require a rigorous approach to measure and evaluate the student’s progress leading to better decision-making.

What is the goal of education?

1) Teacher’s qualification :

There is an empirical relationship between teachers’ qualifications and the quality of education necessary to meet the requirements. The lack of consensus on the strength of the link between teachers’ qualifications and the style of training as the quality of education has made it difficult for strategy makers to select systems that would improve learning outcomes at various stages of education.

2)   Management :

Management is another influencing factor that affects the quality of education. The main focal point is arranging interaction, staffing, arrangement of administration, controlling, monitoring, and improving the effectiveness across the institution by considering the foundation’s vision and mission. The energy and efficiency of the two strategies are vital, which is encouraging, and the second one is resourcing sensible ideas. These two main strategies play an integral role in the quality management infrastructure.

3)   Quality of teachers :

When we say “low-quality teachers,” we don’t mean their characteristics; instead, we’re referring to their qualifications or expertise in teaching specific subjects. Teachers should have a relevant degree, but years of experience provide them with the necessary command of the issue.

4)   Learning than providing information :

Most of the time, schools and teachers are concerned with presenting information and completing the course syllabus. Unfortunately, this is a flawed approach because education is more about the information or knowledge that has been learned and preserved than the information or knowledge that has been provided. Knowledge and information will determine whether the education received are of high quality.

5)   Lack of proper infrastructure :

A school or educational institute must have the sufficient infrastructure; if it does not, it will be unable to provide the required level of education. Infrastructure creates the right kind of atmosphere for learning and teaching to be enjoyable and possible.

Little-known ways to improve the quality of education :

To people who want to enhance the quality of education but can’t get started. There are indeed ways to improve the quality of primary education. However, the sooner you know the importance of the quality of education, the better it is.

1) Recognize and address congestion.

2) Make school financing a priority.

3) Raise teacher standards

4) Put classroom management and curriculum development decisions.

So, in the bottom line, I must say that the factors that influence the quality of education play an integral role in achieving the goal of teaching that indirectly plays an essential role in economic development, social development, and personal development; produces critical thinkers; brings positivity and creativity; and enables good citizens. There are many little-known ways to improve education quality, such as recognizing and addressing congestion, making school financing a priority, raising teacher standards, and implementing classroom management and curriculum development decisions. I want to add to the last point that if we under-consider the factors that influence the quality of education, we can achieve the goal of education in these globalized times.
